Edward F Duke, III "Tripp"
Tripp is a highly experienced and results-driven commercial real estate professional with a strong background in investment commercial real estate sales, as well as acquiring and professionally managing commercial property. Tripp began his commercial real estate career managing an 86,000 +/- SF portfolio of industrial and office properties in the Jacksonville market. In that position he was directly responsible for acquisition due diligence, property management, leasing, and tenant buildouts. In 2018 he began commercial real estate investment brokerage with Marcus & Millichap where he focused on net leased industrial properties. Within seven years with the firm he closed over one million square feet of industrial property totally over ninety million dollars in transactional volume. Tripp was promoted to Senior Associate in 2022 and then promoted to Director of Investments in 2025. He holds real estate licenses in the State of Florida and the State of Georgia and currently resides in the Peachtree City, GA.
