Sam Ashe
Sam started his career at a leading investment sales brokerage in Washington D.C., where he was primarily focused on the sale of industrial and flex assets in Northern Virginia. Following that, he joined a boutique private equity investment fund as an acquisitions associate to help the firm build its portfolio of industrial outdoor storage assets and expand its holdings nationwide. He sourced and completed a number of acquisitions in Northern Virginia and spear headed the firm's efforts to expand into Florida. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University.
